TRANSACTION EXAMPLES:

Arranged a $29 million permanent loan using tax-free Certificate of Participation bonds, with a fixed-rate & thirty-year amortization. An upfront net funding feature provided funds for the construction period.

Negotiated the sale of $48,000,000 worth of mortgages for a National Pension Fund to a Real Estate Investment Trust.

Negotiated a $23.3 million Joint Venture financing for major office building with one year remaining on its lease. Included a provision in the event the tenant stayed or left. When the tenant elected to stay, refinanced the Joint Venture loan with a thirty-year fixed-rate permanent loan with a national life insurance company.
